If your child is now too old for Honky Tonks but still loves to sing, why not enrol them in the Cluster Training Choir which Helen co-leads with Richard Jeffries. With a current membership of over 60 children a week, rehearsals are Fridays 5.15 – 6.15 p.m. at Arthur Terry School, for children aged 6-9 years. An hour of musical fun and chance to interact with kids from all the local schools. Even if your child’s time at Honky Tonks is coming to an end, they can continue enjoying music in the future.
If you’ve enjoyed singing with your child at Honky Tonks, why don’t you come along to Helen’s adult choir, Sutton Social Singers, which is held in Sutton Coldfield on Wednesday afternoons 1.30 – 3.00 p.m. and Thursday mornings 10.15 to 11.45 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Hall, Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield. A no-audition, no-pressure choir with a very friendly atmosphere and a lot of laughter thrown in!!
